This can be mixed with cement to make a finer concrete or is often used as a binding layer over aggregate substructure. One of the most common uses is to use limestone dust rather than granite dust as a compactable smooth layer when laying artificial grass or lawns. It is very similar to granite dust but slightly softer in texture, although can be applied to many projects in the same way.
